People can start sharing their UIs with a couple screenshots and your resolution. You can browse posted UIs and try them out for yourself. Sounds like a good step towards getting the perfect UI that you don't have to constantly tweak and mess with.

i got a nice healer layout from OR.net but i cant seem to get it to appear in game. anyone know what i need to do?

Did you copy the file over your old one? Might want to back up your old one first too.
