Social points from OPs and HM FPs in 1.3
All GTNs going to be cross faction (should help greatly with improving demand for crafters!!!)

I tested this on the PTS. We got the usual social points for being in the group and doing the conversations. But then each boss kill was giving us an additional 4 social points.
